Yoga has been a foundational part of my life for as long as I can remember. I was raised in a family practicing Bhakti Yoga and spent part of my childhood living in India, where I was deeply immersed in its rich philosophy, lifestyle, and traditions from a very young age. As a teenager, my passion grew into a dedicated regular asana practice, which ultimately led me back to India to complete my formal 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. Since completing my certification, I have loved sharing this knowledge by teaching volunteer community classes, helping individuals build physical resilience and a peaceful mindset. I want to share my knowledge with you because I believe yoga is far more than just a physical workout; it is a life-changing tool for self-observation, stress management, and deeper personal connection. My goal is to bring this supportive, traditional practice directly to your home and empower you on your own wellness journey.
