And Pilates is the exercise that helps you strengthen your core the right way.
I can teach you not only the basics of Pilates but also advanced exercises tailored to your level.
Lessons are available in English and Korean (I also speak basic French).
You can choose to learn online or in person.
I can visit your home in Louvain-la-Neuve(Wavre, Ottignie) with all the necessary equipment like a ball, mat, and elastic bands.
Alternatively, you’re welcome to come to my place in Louvain-la-Neuve.

I have extensive experience teaching Pilates and can tailor lessons to your level.
With me, you’ll find balance in both your body and mind, step by step.
I offer face-to-face classes in Louvain-la-Neuve and online classes anywhere in the world.
I also teach kids’ yoga classes.
