Started yoga from 2009 attended different yoga workshops and seminars. From 2013 for 5 years had your own yoga studio in Estonia, where gave classes of Iyengar yoga for beginners, Hatha yoga, Prenatal yoga, yoga for kids and yoga workshops. This year finished Yoga Teacher Hatha Yoga and Spine Yoga Therapy.

I use yoga alignment and yoga therapy. I have strong influence of Iyengar yoga, what is Hatha yoga based. I studied as well yoga therapy. Group class for adults is normally 1h30 and therapy private class is 1h. I use yoga props like belts, blocks, blankets and chairs for the better posture
