À propos d'Amanda
Helly everyone,
I am Amanda, I am Swiss-Italian and I have accomplished my yoga certification in 2022. Since then, I have been working as a teacher in a variety of contexts and with clients of all ages and with different needs.
I wrote a yoga thesis about yoga and anxiety related problem, since anxiety was also one of my biggest obstacles in life and also one of the today's society common ennemy. I have hence created sequences (with different physical level and duration) specifically for anxiety-related problems. In general, I love to create client-tailored sessions.
