À propos d'Amanda
Helly everyone,
I am Amanda, a Swiss-Italian woman passionate about yoga and sport in general.
I have accomplished my yoga certification in 2022 and since then I work as a teacher for all kind of clients and for all kind of needs. I have good anatomy training and I always want my client to finish classes feeling better with body and minds.
I wrote a yoga thesis about yoga and anxiety related problem, since anxiety was also one of my biggest obstacles in life and also one of the today's society common ennemy. I have hence created sequences (with different physical level and duration) specifically for anxiety-related problems.

I am a certified Hatha Yoga teacher with 400h practice training.
3 years ago I accomplished the YTT and I currently work for:
- Institutional Swiss School (Scuola Club Migros) with clients of all ages
- As an independent for younger clients
- In hotels
- As a private tutor
My classes are client-oriented in order to satisfy each client's physical and mental needs.
The classes include:
- Proper physical preparation (for articulation and short muscles)
- Asanas (yoga poses)
- Pranayama (breathing techniques)
- Guided relaxations
The classes can be in the following languages:
- Italian (my mother tongue)
