À propos de Svetlana
Welcome! My yoga journey began in 2011 with a friend and colleague from India, who introduced me to the basics of Pranayama. Inspired, I dove deeper into the world of yoga and became a certified teacher, eager to guide others on this path.
With over 17 years of personal practice and 15 years of teaching experience, I blend Hatha Yoga, Yogatherapy, Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Stretching, and Fitness Yoga. I’ve worked with adults, teenagers, and children, teaching yoga, stretching, and gymnastics, and I’m here to share that journey with you.
My sessions are for those who value steady progress: caring for physical health and inner balance, building strength, flexibility, and confidence through a committed practice.
I offer individual sessions (or small groups) in my home studio in Grandvaux, Switzerland, with the option to travel to Lausanne, Vevey, or Montreux.
