Dream Therapist & Transformational guide, I specialize in empowering women to live richness & vitality in their emotional & sexual lives. 10+ years of yoga, teaching yoga specifically for women since 2017. Yoga training via Devashi Shakti (Australia), the fusion of traditional yoga customized for women's form revolutionized my practice & how I live my life in rhythm with the rhythms of my cycle & my body. Also trained in Restorative yoga, to reset your nervous system into deep relaxation.

Whether you are within menstruating age or not, as a woman you are a cyclical being & when your life practices reflect that you have more energy & availability to live the life of your dreams! I love to work with women who have practiced yoga for years & are ready for something a bit deeper, a place to more openly explore & transform their emotions through movement & full expression.
