As a passionate and certified Health Coach, I understand that the best way to achieve our life’s goals is to take a proactive and integrative approach to being healthy and happy. For the last 9 years, I’ve been transforming my clients into fitter, healthier versions of themselves. My personalised training regime will make you feel strong, healthy and happy in no time! All my classes will be in English (I am learning to speak French but not class ready yet!).
