À propos de Petra
I discovered yoga in 2006, during my professional dance training as a contemporary dancer at p.a.r.t.s. in Brussels. A solid yoga practice that has evolved and became an important tool for creating space in body and mind and reset. Since 2018 I'm a certified yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance, trained in Ashtanga, Pranayama and Vinyasa Flow, a point from where I have been sharing my experience with enthousiasts of different ages and backgrounds.
