À propos de Prabriti
My relationship with yoga began long before formal teacher training. Growing up in a Hindu-Buddhist cultural environment, yoga philosophy and practices of mindfulness, balance, and self-awareness were naturally part of daily life and shaped how I understand well-being.
In 2024, I completed my yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, India, and have since taught in both yoga studios and yoga festival settings, supporting students with different backgrounds and levels of experience. My classes go beyond learning poses.
While we will practice asanas (physical postures), I also integrate other dimensions of yoga including breathwork (pranayama), Yoga Nidra (guided yogic rest), and elements of yoga philosophy to create a more complete and sustainable practice for your yoga journey.

Whether your goal is to improve flexibility, build strength, reduce stress, deepen your understanding of yoga, or create more balance in daily life, classes are adapted to your needs and pace. I see yoga as a lifelong practice rather than a performance, and my role is to support your journey in a way that feels accessible, grounded, and meaningful. What classes may include :
• Asana (posture practice) • Pranayama (breathwork) •
Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation) : can be included to support deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, recovery, and cultivating awareness beyond movement.
• Meditation techniques • Foundations of yoga philosophy
• Alignment and body awareness
• Building a sustainable home practice.
All levels welcome.
[For students interested in a more personalised and traditional approach, I may suggest consulting a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner (of your choice) for an optional dosha assessment. This is not something I assess myself, but insights from Ayurveda can sometimes help students reflect on how they approach asana, meditation, rest, and daily practices in a way that feels supportive and sustainable.]
