À propos d'Ivana
Hello, my name is Ivana, and I am a qualified Personal Trainer with more than 16 years of experience in fitness, strength training and movement coaching.
I studied Physical Activity and Sport Sciences in Madrid and Bratislava, and throughout my career I have worked with adults, teenagers, children and seniors in both Switzerland and Spain.
My approach combines strength training, mobility, posture improvement, conditioning and body awareness. I focus on helping clients move better, become stronger, improve their physical condition and train safely with a structured and personalised approach.
I am also certified in Pilates, mobility and flexibility training, postural re-education and functional fitness. In addition, I am a former Spanish Fitness Champion (2013), which gave me extensive experience in physical preparation, discipline and long-term training methodology.
I currently offer:

I work mainly in Commugny, Versoix and the Geneva area.
My coaching style is professional, detail-oriented and adapted individually to each client’s level, goals and physical condition. I value quality, consistency and proper technique over trends or quick fixes.
I speak French, English, Spanish and Slovak fluently.
