À propos d'Amanda
I am 31 from Ticino, in Switzerland.
I have always been fascinated by the asian culture, so throughout my life I studied a lot.
I started to practice yoga at university and when I moved to Munich for an Erasmus semester I found the Sivananda School, just in front of my Uni. I think the destin wanted me to deepen into the yoga discipline.
Since then, I carried on with regular practice and three years ago I started my teacher training (400h).

For me, health is at the heart of practice, therefore I stress on the importance of the correct posture for the Asanasas well as the potential contraindications.
