À propos d'Anne
My yoga journey began when I was just nine years old, practicing alongside my grandmother, who introduced me to the beauty of movement and breath. However, it was ten years ago that I truly dedicated myself to a regular practice, exploring different styles and deepening my understanding of yoga’s physical and mental benefits. Having lived in London, Madrid, and now Paris, I’ve had the opportunity to practice in diverse yoga communities, each enriching my approach. Today, as a mother of a 3-year-old and a 1-year-old, I understand firsthand the need for balance, strength, and moments of calm—especially for mothers navigating the demands of daily life. As a teacher, I bring both energy and kindness to my classes, always prioritizing the needs of my students. My goal is to create a welcoming space where you can reconnect with yourself, build strength, and find ease—whether you’re a busy parent, a beginner, or looking to deepen your practice. I look forward to sharing this journey with you!

I teach Vinyasa Flow, a dynamic and fluid practice that links movement with breath. Each class is tailored to your needs—you decide whether you want an energizing, strength-building session or a more gentle, calming flow to relax and unwind. As a mother myself, I know how challenging it can be to find time for self-care. That’s why my classes are mama-friendly—babies and little ones are welcome if you need to bring them along. The atmosphere is relaxed and understanding, so you can focus on your practice without stress. My goal is to create a practice that feels good in your body, whether you’re looking for a challenge or a moment of stillness. Every session is designed to leave you feeling balanced, strong, and refreshed. All levels are welcome—I’ll guide you through a practice that suits you best. Let’s flow together!

Elle corrige bien les postures au besoin, elle explique en même temps, elle a fait les cours en fonction de mes besoins et mes capacités. Je vous la recommande les yeux fermés.
