À propos de Cassandra
I have trained many stars and athletes. My career began at ADIDAS where I was lucky enough to work with tennis players American Football and Baseball players and this launched my career. After a Knee injury my doctor suggested that I do Yoga and Pilates. The tacticle improvements blew my mind. I studied with Baron Baptiste and I immediately started using Yoga and Pilates to help people achieve their dream body. It works!
