À propos d'Hilary
Hi! I'm originally from Mexico, and I've been practicing yoga for over 10 years. My passion for yoga eventually led me to become a certified yoga teacher in Paris, where I completed my 200 hr training at The Space.
Before teaching yoga, I studied Marketing, a background that helped me develop strong communication and organizational skills. Today, yoga is an important part of my daily life, and I continue to deepen my own practice through regular study and personal exploration.
Outside of teaching, I also enjoy going to the gym and practicing Pilates. I believe that combining different forms of movement helps build strength, mobility, and balance, and I love bringing that holistic approach into my classes.
My goal is to create a welcoming, supportive space where students can enjoy moving, feel more connected to their bodies, and develop a practice that fits their own needs and goals.

My classes are mainly based on Vinyasa Yoga, a dynamic style that connects movement with breath to build strength, flexibility, balance, and body awareness.
I teach in English or Spanish.
Each lesson is personalized to your goals and experience level. Whether you're a complete beginner or have an established practice, I adapt each session to your needs and help you progress at your own pace.
If there is a specific area you'd like to focus on, I can tailor the class accordingly. For example, we can work on hip mobility, chest and shoulder opening, back flexibility, balance, core strength, or relaxation. We can also explore breathing techniques and mindfulness to help you feel more connected to your practice.
My goal is to create a supportive and enjoyable environment where you can move with confidence, improve your well-being, and enjoy the process of learning yoga.

I had the chance to take both private and group yoga classes with Hilary throughout her teacher training, and I can honestly recommend her without hesitation.
She’s a great teacher who really knows what she’s doing. Her guidance is clear, she pays attention to everyone in the room, and she knows how to adapt her teaching to different levels and abilities.
What I also really appreciated is her personality. Hilary is always smiling, brings a lot of positive energy to her classes, and creates a relaxed atmosphere where you immediately feel comfortable.
