À propos de Sebastian
I come from Berlin and have been in the past 2 years in Dublin, Budapest, Athens and now Geneva. I love to pick up some of the local dishes (and sometimes find vegetarian ways, like Jackfruit Gulash).
Besides cooking I enjoy dancing (Swing but also Techno), analogue photography and climbing.

Without having a particurlar strong German Cuisine I love cooking many different (vegetarian) styles, especially vietnamese, greek, italian.
I can teach a variety of vegetarian dishes from different kitchens.
I like both to take time for slow process dishes but also ot push easy (even left over) dishes with just a few tricks to another level.
I am happy to also teach basic techniques and usefull "thumbrules" to create dishes from in an effecient and sustainable way.
I would love to teach my experience in a relaxed way of having a get together to enjoy the cooking process.
