À propos de Damian
I am yoga and meditation practitioner since 2012. Now I extend my knowledge of yoga into what is called Pranic Healing, through Reiki sessions.
I have studied Yoga in India in 2013 and my 2 year stay during 2018 and 2019, completing my Yoga Philosophy and Meditation Program at Paramanand Ashram, Indore, India.
To complete my knowledge in healing powers of Yoga I became Usui Reiki practitioner on February 2021.

During the 1 on 1 private sessions we shall asses the roots of the existing issue. As per psycho-somatic disorder science, we know that the root of many physical disorders is our minds.
During the healing meeting we shall discuss what are the affordable steps to get better, learn breathing practices and meditation, which will enable us to see through the problem, as well as the Reiki healing.
The meeting may include private counseling as per request.
The sessions are essentially yogic practices where the individual will rise up his energy/prana level as well as guidance in yoga Nidra/sankalpa, journaling, meditations. The methods will depend on individual's state and willingness to progress/let go.
