My teaching style is focused on creating a safe and supportive environment where students can explore their own practice and build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. I will work with you to develop a personalized approach that supports your individual goals and needs.
I have taught a wide range of students, both in-person and online. I am dedicated to helping students discover the transformative power of yoga, and I believe that the practice can help individuals cultivate a deeper connection to themselves and the world around them.

I am passionate about crafting moments that are both energising and deeply relaxing. With a foundation in Hatha, I draw inspiration from ashtanga and vinyasa to create dynamic sessions for all levels. I adapt my classes according to level, specific demands and focusses. I incorporate breathing exercises and provide specific focuses for each class. Join me on the mat for a transformative experience that builds strength, increases flexibility, and promotes inner calm. I gained my Yoga Alliance qualification in Italy in August 2016 with the YogaMea School.

Katharine is a fantastic teacher - her yoga classes are amazing.
She listens to your needs, tailors the poses to them and has a very calming and comforting presence.

Tarif based on one student, each additional student will add €20 for each class.
The first 30 minute trial, which is free, will be an opportunity to meet eachother, for me to explainmy style, to discuss availbility and try out a short flow with a couple of postures if desired.
