I am an ex-professional powerlifter with 3 years of competing experience.
In addition, I have gained a great theoretical knowledge in regards to nutrition and training; through reading books, listening to many hours of podcasts and watching hundreds of YouTube videos. My ultimate goal is to make the client healthy and happier in their bodies.

The sessions are preferably in-person. Everything can be covered from basic movements to complex ones (machines, free-weights...).
The main focus of the sessions will be to get stronger while achieving aesthetical goals (building muscles and losing fat).
Basic nutritional advice is also provided.
