Je m'appelle Mina et j'ai 29 ans.
Je viens de Paris et je vis en Australie.
J'ai étudié la danse contemporaine au conservatoire de 4 à 20 ans.
J'ai ensuite fait beaucoup de reformer pilates pour finalement arriver dans le monde merveilleux du yoga il y a 4 ans.
My name is Mina.
I come from Paris and have been living in Australia for 1 year.
I have been studying contemporary dance at the Conservatory from 4 to 20 years old.
Then I've done a lot of pilates to finally end up in the marvellous world of yoga.

I love working on flows, building mental and physical strength, and also improving flexibility.
Most of the time i like working on a peak pose at the end of the session.
Also, I try to educate about the benefits of good breathwork before, during, and after the session.
My classes are in Music.
I can come at your place or you can come to mine.
