I am a working professional and have learnt Meditation. I also take individual and group sessions for relaxing the mind. I am not a medic or a doctor, just an individual who helps a person work better or think better. I have uploaded a video on Jyoti Meditation / Guided meditation.

I take classes on skype and in person in groups. Before taking a class, i need to understand the individual and what is it that he seeks from the Meditation session.
In groups the meditation session taken is in general unless specified.
