À propos de Yang
J'ai eu une excellente expérience en travaillant avec des invités à l'étranger pendant mon contrat de dernière année à Chypre en tant qu'institut de yoga ((information cachée) Depuis janvier 2017, j'ai enseigné le yoga en plein air à Taipei, Taiwan et un atelier intense pour un label extérieur GoFormosa & Harmony Yoga School.

J'enseigne Hatha yoga et Vinyasa un peu d'art martial. Chinois / Anglais et Français de base.
I started doing yoga 5 years ago, and it's been the most incredibly difficult yet rewarding journey I've ever been on. I have learned that I am capable of more than I ever imagined. And while I've strayed away from it at times, I always come back to face myself on my mat, and to hold with gratitude the grace that is my person. I went to Thailand to take yoga teacher training course so that I may be able to help myself and others live healthier lives. I came away with that and so much more. I had the best time of my life and I'd love to share more of my yoga journey with you.
