Carina lived in India and was trained in the traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga in Mysore and trained regularly at the BKS Iyengar Institute in Mumbai. She gained experience as well at the Yoga Institute Mumbai, the oldest Yoga instituition in the world. Her experience is therefore influenced by different styles of Yoga. With her knowledge from naturopathy and Chinese medicine she combines in her training Yoga and therapy to provide a holistic Yoga practise which strengthens and protects and at the same time balances. Experience an intensive, personal and individual yoga lesson with therapeutic background. Learn to improve certain yoga asanas and discover your yoga practise for at home. Understand your limitations, compensations or pains and find your yoga way into strength, stability and more flexibility.
