À propos de Dillibabu
I am a certified Yoga Instructor originally from Kerala, India, a region known for its rich yogic and wellness traditions. I hold RYT 200 and RYT 300 certifications, which have provided me with strong foundations in classical yoga principles, alignment techniques, and advanced teaching methodology.
My teaching approach is structured, supportive, and personalized. I focus on helping students build physical strength while cultivating mental clarity and deep relaxation. Each session is adapted to the student’s level, goals, and individual needs to ensure a safe and effective practice.
Outside of teaching yoga, I stay active through gym training and calisthenics, and I enjoy cooking as part of maintaining a balanced and healthy lifestyle.

My yoga sessions are designed to create balance between physical strength and mental relaxation. Each class begins with pranayama (breathing techniques) to center the mind and regulate the breath. We then move into gentle warm-up exercises to prepare the body safely for practice.

The session progresses into structured asanas and yoga flow sequences inspired by Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, focused on building strength, flexibility, stability, and body awareness. I emphasize proper alignment and mindful movement throughout the practice.
Each class concludes with Yoga Nidra or guided relaxation, allowing the body and mind to fully unwind, restore energy, and reduce stress. Sessions are conducted in English and are suitable for beginners, intermediate, and advanced students.
