I’m a qualified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach with advanced qualifications in personal training and nutrition, alongside specialist training in pre & postnatal exercise, menopause, older adults and exercise referral for clinical populations.
I believe fitness and nutrition should improve your life, not take it over. My approach is supportive, realistic and completely individual — helping you make changes that work in the real world and last.
I’m originally from the UK and coach in English in Paris and online.
