À propos de Caroline
After completing my Ashtanga Vinyasa Teacher Training in Ubud, Bali in 2019 I've fallen in love with and been passionate about teaching Yoga.
Over the past 3 years I've specialized into private 1:1 and small group classes, but also have experience with bigger groups and online classes.
In order to expand my skills & knowledge I did a Hatha Yoga Teacher Training and a Yin Yoga Training in Amorgos, Greece in 2021/ 2022.
Moreover I am doing a lot of personal research into breath work & meditation as being able to utilize these simple, yet extremely powerful tools is something I love to share with the world.
My class focus lies on the breath, mindset and building an understanding for your bodies functions and abilities.
