10 years of Chinese/Mandarin teaching experience and 5 years of Chinese technology company working experience

I've been working with Christiane for several months now and I really appreciate her attention to where her students are in their lessons/progress and how she adjusts for their level of speaking. She doesn't just follow a set guideline, but adapts as her students become more fluent (or not! :). I would recommend her to anyone trying to learn Chinese. She listens attentively and makes the lessons enjoyable through dialogue, pronunciation, and writing.

Christiane is an amazing and patient teacher. She has the ability to teach the student the information in a very simple way- which most teachers lack. I am lucky to be taking classes with her. In a very limited time before my Chinese exam, she helped me a lot and I took 20 hours with her and passed my exam! I am so glad to have found her. I will still continue to take classes with her until I become fluent. I have recommended Christiane to my family members and to anyone who is willing to take Chinese in a fantastic way. A nice teacher she is very patient and her methods in explainings are well appropriate and understanding and her explanations are very helpful and clear. I recommend.

Christiane was a very energetic and attentive teacher. I enjoyed our first lesson practicing conversational mandarin and learning new vocabulary along the way. She wrote down all the terms afterward and sent me a word document so I use it to practice afterward - very helpful!
