À propos de Kae
Hello and welcome! My name is Kae and I’m a qualified English teacher with thousands of hours of teaching experience. I have a Trinity College London TESOL qualification and I have previously worked for a number of big companies including GABA, AEON, and Palfish. I’m originally from the UK and I currently live in France where I work as an online English Teacher for children and adults. I love cooking, making my own clothes, reading and travelling. I try to go to Japan every year to see the summer firework festivals. I have been working as a teacher since 2010, and as an online teacher since 2018. I offer many types of classes: conversation classes, business English classes, kids classes, and job interview practice. I speak intermediate French and Japanese, so I’m happy to help you in those languages where I can. Learning a new language can be challenging, and I hope to inspire my students to never give up!

I teach using a variety of methods based on my knowledge of how adults learn languages and the best ways to keep people motivated. As a language-learner myself, I'm incredibly patient and understanding. I have experience teaching TEFL, TOEIC, IELTS and the Cambridge English Young Learners test. Teaching grammar and listening skills are particular passions of mine. My students range from 2-year-olds to 82-year-olds ^^

My speaking is of a good level but I really struggled with listening. Kae taught me lots of things to help improve my listening skills and she went over the video or podcast as many times as I needed.
Kae's English lesson is the best.
She is very easy to talk to, and I'm always laughing. After every lesson, I sincerely think it was very enjoyable.

Kae is a really patient teacher! I speak advanced English and she always managed to find new things for us to study and brought interesting articles and topics to class for me. She really helped to improve my listening skills and it's clear she's passionate about helping her students. We still keep in touch and I'm happy she was my teacher for so many years.
