À propos de Lorna
I am a qualified English Teacher (120 hr TEFL certification) and am currently employed by two language centres in France. I teach adults, children and teenagers from A1-C2 level. Before coming to France in September I was teaching private and group classes online with iTutorGroup. Again, I taught all age groups and levels. I also taught Business English classes.
I have a MA (Hons) degree in Geography and my passions are the environment and travel. I enjoy getting to know my students personally and tailoring my lesson content to their level and their personal interests.

I like to expose my students to a variety of materials. I offer conversation based classes where we discuss a topic of choice to help you practice your speaking skills. I also offer more technical classes where we discuss different aspects of grammar and practice reading and writing skills. I am always happy to read and correct materials that you send me ahead of time if you are interested in practicing writing skills. I think as a teacher it is important to tailor my lesson content to what you want to learn so this is what I do. I like to create a relaxed environment and I hope that it will make you feel comfortable trying new vocabulary and structures with me. However, I will continue to give a lot of corrections. In my experience of learning a new language it is so important to correct little mistakes before they become habit. I hope that my balance of rigorous and friendly teaching will help you to not only enjoy my classes but also see steady improvement over time.
