Professionally i used to worked as Advocate in Pakistan from 2005 till 2013. In Feb 2013 i left for Philippines & joined multinational company as Project Manager & later in August 2015 i was transferred to join our company in France, since 2015 i am in France.

Method of teaching depends on students level of understanding & his mental level. The most important duty of teacher is to reach the level of his student & take him from that level to a higher level as per his ability.
Teacher should be soft spoken, friendly but at the same time should maintain the decorum of class.
I use to give little extra time & extra attention to weak students so that they could be able to meet the same level as rest of the class.
