  I speak English fluently as it is one of the official languages in India, and I have been using it consistently throughout my education and professional journey. Growing up in a multilingual environment allowed me to develop a natural comfort with the language, both in speaking and writing.
  
  Over time, my passion for communication and teaching helped me refine my skills even further. English is not just a subject for me, it’s a tool to connect, express ideas, and build confidence. This perspective allows me to guide my students more effectively and help them feel comfortable using the language in real-life situations.

• Citez le personnage vivant, historique ou fictif qui est, selon vous, le représentant emblématique de la culture en question !

  In my opinion, J.K. Rowling is a wonderful representative of English culture. Through her famous Harry Potter series, she has made the English language exciting, imaginative, and accessible to people all over the world.
  
  Her storytelling not only reflects creativity but also shows how powerful language can be in connecting people from different backgrounds. Many learners have been inspired to improve their English through her books, which makes her influence even more special.
  
  This is something I truly relate to as a teacher. I aim to make learning English enjoyable, engaging, and meaningful for my students.

• Y-a-t-il, dans celle-ci, un mot, une expression, une tradition ou un comportement typique qui vous amuse particulièrement ?

  Yes, one expression I find quite amusing is “break the ice.” It doesn’t literally mean breaking anything, but rather starting a conversation and making people feel more comfortable. I find it interesting because English is full of such idioms that can sound funny at first but have deeper meanings.
  
  These expressions not only make the language more lively and fun but also help learners understand the cultural side of communication. I enjoy teaching such phrases to my students, as it helps them sound more natural and confident in real-life conversations.

• En quoi savoir parler cette langue est important, que ce soit scolairement, professionnellement ou d’un point de vue plus personnel ?

  Speaking English is very important academically and professionally because it is a global language used in education, exams, and international careers. It helps students access better opportunities and global knowledge.
  
  On a personal level, it builds confidence and allows people to communicate with others from different cultures, travel more easily, and express themselves more freely. For me, English is not just a language, but a powerful tool for growth and opportunity.

• Quelle est la difficulté principale de cette langue et ce qui peut favoriser son apprentissage ?

  The main difficulty of English for many learners is its grammar rules and pronunciation, as they can sometimes be confusing and different from their native language. Also, idiomatic expressions and phrasal verbs can be challenging at first.
  
  However, learning becomes much easier with regular practice and real-life communication. Speaking frequently, listening to native content like podcasts or videos, and learning in a supportive environment can make a big difference. As a teacher, I focus on interactive and practical learning so students can build confidence step by step.

• Une anecdote en rapport avec votre métier ou votre scolarité à nous raconter ?

  One of the most memorable experiences in my teaching journey was with a student who initially lacked confidence and was afraid to speak English in front of others. She would often stay quiet during lessons because she was worried about making mistakes and being judged.
  
  I focused on creating a comfortable and encouraging environment where she could speak freely without fear. Step by step, she started participating more, and her confidence grew significantly. A few weeks later, she shared that she was finally able to speak English confidently during her travel experience, which was a very proud and rewarding moment for both of us. This experience reflects my teaching approach, helping students not just learn English but truly gain the confidence to use it in real life.

  I enjoy travelling because it allows me to experience different cultures and understand how people communicate in real-life situations. I have been fortunate to visit Rome, France, several other European countries, India, and South Africa, and each place has given me valuable insights into different lifestyles and ways of expression.
  
  These experiences help me bring a more practical and global approach to my teaching. I connect English learning with real situations, so students feel more confident using the language in everyday life. My goal is to create engaging lessons where students not only learn English but also gain the confidence to use it naturally with people from different cultures.

• Qu’est-ce qui fait de vous un Superprof, en + de cette capacité à s’exprimer en plusieurs langues ?

  What makes me a Superprof is not just my ability to speak English, but also my CELTA certification and over 10 years of teaching experience, which have helped me develop strong, effective, and student-focused teaching methods. I carefully understand each student’s goals and learning style, and I adapt my lessons to make learning clear, practical, and enjoyable.
  
  Over the years, I have learned that a great teacher is someone who builds confidence and removes fear of speaking. In my classes, I create a friendly and supportive environment where students feel comfortable expressing themselves without hesitation. My goal is not only to teach English, but to help students use it naturally in real-life situations with confidence and ease.
