À propos de Timothy
I am an experienced tutor of mathematics, natural sciences and economics up to A-level/IB. I have also trained dozens of international students for entrance examinations to UK schools and universities, including Oxbridge interview preparation.
I am myself a graduate of Oxford University, Harvard University, and am currently studying at Sciences Po. My previous work positions include scientific research and journalism.

My lessons are divided into two primary parts: explanation and repetition.
I use analogies and narratives to help contextualise abstract concepts in maths and science within the students own life and vocabulary. I have found that students who need to be guided through that final stage of understanding respond greatly to this. I have turned failing students into top achievers through my method.
Repetition can never be understated. I do not move on until the student can NOT get the material wrong. And I do this with a energetic and competitive attitude for the student's enjoyment.
