À propos de Luis
My name is Luis Chavez and I studied English Literature and Composition in California before moving to France. I am currently a graduate student studying International Business at IÉSEG.
I have four years of experience in education: I taught English and Spanish as a substitute teacher for two years before pursuing my post-graduate degree in California. From there, I taught at a top public high school in the Silicon Valley region and worked with a variety of students (native English speakers, and students whose first language was not English).
Due to my experience, I am available for tutoring in the following: conversational English, formal English (speaking and writing) for the workplace, grammar/mechanics, and to review/edit any applications (college, job forms, etc.). If you have something else you are looking for, do not hesitate to message me.
As my workload with my university is heavy, I am looking to work with a smaller caseload of students that will allow me to customize my teaching to their profiles (as opposed to a larger cohort who I cannot create individualized lessons for).

After an initial survey and introduction online, we can assess your particular needs and create a plan of action.
