Hi, I'm Ashi!
Originally from India, I'm now based in Paris, where I'm pursuing my Master's in Business Consulting & Decision Intelligence at SKEMA Business School. Before moving to France, I spent over four years working in business analysis and digital strategy across India and Europe, roles that taught me how to communicate clearly across cultures, simplify the complex, and adapt quickly to new environments.
Teaching English isn't a side gig for me, it's something I genuinely enjoy. Throughout my career, I've trained junior team members, mentored interns, and presented to senior stakeholders, and I've always loved the moment when an idea finally clicks for someone. Helping a student go from hesitant to confident in English gives me the same feeling.
What you can expect from me: punctuality, patience, and a calm energy. I treat every lesson seriously, prepare thoughtfully, and adapt my pace to the learner - whether you're a shy beginner finding your voice, a teenager preparing for school exams, or a working professional getting ready for an international career. I believe learning a language should feel safe, encouraging, and even fun. Mistakes are part of the process; I'll never make you feel small for making them.
Outside of teaching and studying, I'm exploring Paris and discovering the city's amazing café culture. I look forward to meeting you and supporting you on your English journey!

Hi! I'm Ashi, a Master's student at SKEMA Business School and a native English speaker with over four years of professional experience working in international environments.
I offer personalized English lessons for kids, teenagers, and adults, whether you're preparing for school exams, building confidence in spoken English, working on pronunciation, aiming for fluency in a professional context, or preparing for international certifications like IELTS or TOEFL.
My approach is simple: every learner is different, so every lesson is built around you. In our first session, we identify your current level, your goals, and the areas you want to focus on. From there, lessons follow a clear structure - a quick warm-up conversation to get comfortable, focused practice on grammar or vocabulary tailored to your level, and an interactive activity (role-play, real-life scenarios, articles, or videos) to make learning stick.
For IELTS and TOEFL students, I run dedicated mock tests, walk through scoring criteria for all four sections (Reading, Writing, Listening, Speaking), and provide detailed feedback to help you hit your target band or score. I always end each lesson with a short recap and a small practice task before our next session.
What sets me apart? I've spent years presenting to senior business leaders and explaining complex ideas in simple language, so I know how to make difficult concepts feel easy. I'm patient, encouraging, and a strong believer that a good lesson should feel like a great conversation, not a test.
I also speak French, so younger learners and beginners never feel lost. I can explain tricky grammar points or new vocabulary in French whenever it helps the lesson move faster.
Lessons are available with full flexibility on schedule and format (online or in-person in Paris). All ages and levels are welcome - beginners, intermediates, advanced learners, exam candidates, and complete first-timers.
