Native Canadian English Conversation Teacher. Engaging and fun conversations to help you speak and sound like a confident native speaker. I'm also a singing teacher, so I'll help you with accent reduc

I played professionally as a bass player for many years and occasionally sang some lead vocals from time to time but was limited in my range and had trouble maintaining my pitch.

I wanted to improve and that’s when I reached out to Neo

Neo started his lessons focusing on breathing, relaxation, and posture. At the time, I practiced Neo’s techniques relentlessly. After just a few months, I saw noticeable improvement, able to sing with a larger range and all while improving my stamina and ability to project my voice naturally. My pitch was on - something I had trouble with all my life.

Every session began with breathing exercises and then placement. I would leave Neo’s lesson in complete zen, as if I had meditated. I’d sing in my car returning home with such ease. I developed vibrato - something I never had before. It was as if he was able to unlock my abilities just by focusing on breathing and placement.

Neo is a great singer but more importantly, a great teacher. He is genuine and adapts his approach to the student.

I now play and sing for the pure joy of music, and Neo gave me the basis I needed to improve my vocals and perform with confidence.

I would recommend Neo as a vocal teacher

Neo is one of the best mentors and coaches you will meet.
His approach is so grounded and steady. He's paying attention to you every second and has such an amazing awareness of breathing and vocal technique. He'll guide you step by step and has the ability to make you truly understand all the abstract vocal concepts.
