Bonjour ! I’m Phoebe, a Franco-British tutor with over 10 years of teaching experience. Born in an expatriate family in Hong Kong and now based in Paris, I offer personalised French lessons for expats, professionals, and international students who want to communicate confidently and feel at home in France. I have a strong academic background in European studies, urbanism, and cultural research, having studied at Trinity College Dublin, ENS Lyon, and University College Dublin. Having lived and studied between France, Ireland, and Russia, I know firsthand the challenges of settling in a new country and learning its language — experience I bring into my teaching. I am bilingual in English and French, and also speak Russian and Spanish at an advanced level, which helps me understand the challenges learners face and adapt lessons to each student. My approach is friendly, flexible, and tailored to your goals — combining real-life practice, cultural insight, and clear explanations to help you progress naturally and confidently. J’ai eu la chance de travailler avec Phoebe Eddleston en tant que professeure d’anglais, et je ne peux que la recommander chaleureusement. Grâce à ses méthodes claires, son accompagnement bienveillant et ses conseils ciblés, j’ai réussi à passer de 605 à 715 points au TOEIC en seulement deux semaines !
