À propos de Brenda

J'ai étudié en français et obtenu un diplôme français (Brevet) avant de déménager au Royaume-Uni où j'ai poursuivi mes études secondaires. Pendant mes études, j'ai enseigné la 7e, la 8e année et en français; Ceci, à son tour, les a aidés à obtenir une meilleure note.

À propos du cours

Mon approche consiste d'abord à comprendre le niveau auquel se trouve un apprenti et où il essaie d'être. Ensuite, je me concentre sur la phonétique, les sons et l'écriture de lettres et de mots généraux. Je passe ensuite aux verbes et aux adjectifs, puis je passe à des phrases complètes et à une conversation. Une astuce que j'aime donner est de regarder des séries, des films ou des documentaires français pour mieux se familiariser avec les mots et l'accent.

Parfait ! The strength is Brenda is teaching students to speak French rather than just focusing solely on the exam(s). I think this wholistic approach yields better results and is more effective long term.

Parfait ! I could not recommend Brenda enough. I have been having classes with her for 5 months now and my french has improved so much. She’s introducing our 6yo to French - not an easy task! - and we’re amazed by how quickly our daughter is picking it up. She actually wants to practice inbetween sessions and looks forward to her lessons every week.

Brenda is punctual (often arriving early and ready to go) and she offers well thought out and engaging lessons. She’s also very flexible and easygoing. Fitting in around family life and a 6yo’s needs.

Brenda is warm and confident, and we had no hesitation booking her after our first meeting. She was quick to form a playful yet respectful bond with our daughter, and the classes are filled with laughter and play.

We are so grateful we found her!

I’ve been having French lessons with Brenda for almost two years, and I couldn’t recommend her enough! I previously struggled with speaking and listening, but through active conversations and Brenda’s supportive and encouraging teaching style, I’ve gained much more confidence.
