À propos de Lorien
Lorien is a Scottish Yoga Instructor. With experience teaching around the world, he leads professional group and private classes creating an enjoyable atmosphere and flow that can be adapted to any level and preference. His Personal Training (Fitness coaching - Coach Sportif) includes HIIT / bootcamp, weight training, Kettle bells, calisthenics and running techniques with a preference for training outdoors in Nature! Guided Yoga and fitness tours are also available giving a wonderful experience of Wellbeing in beautiful scenery of the French Riviera.

Lorien teaches in the styles of Ashtanga / Vinyasa, Restorative, Aerial Yoga and is currently learning Acroyoga. He has learnt these techniques from various studies and is delighted to share the benefits with the people around him. The classes can be adapted for all levels and where possible will be held out doors. A typical class can be in the comfort of the students home or location of their choice at a time that suits them best. Usually yoga classes will be 1 hour or 75 minutes and Fitness coaching 45 minutes to an hour with a routine tailored for the student to achieve their goals in an effective, but friendly environment.
