À propos de Dj
Greetings! My name is Mark, and I'm thrilled to say this is my 20th year teaching high school English. I grew up in Lancaster, Pennsylvania and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in English Education degree from Millersville University in 2001 and a Master of Education in Teaching and Learning degree from Lock Haven University in 2009. I began my teaching career in the Cornwall-Lebanon School District. I taught three years in this district before moving to State College. This year, I will be teaching International Baccalaureate English Language and Literature and CP English 11. Currently, I live in State College with my husband, Steve, and two boys (Maxwell and Brady). I enjoy exercising, cooking, reading, watching movies, and spending time with my family.

Maybe that’s why I am super passionate about teaching English learners. I’ve had the experience of being on both sides of the table (classroom, if you will) – as an EFL/ESL student and now an ESL teacher.
