I have years of experience in meditation and am in the process of learning naturopathy, aromatherapy and music therapy. I study alternative medicine, especially shamanic. My goal is to give you keys, through art, music, chanting (mantras), nutrition, breathing and meditation, to heal some of your traumas, anxieties, and fears.
