My name is Rohima, 32 years young and I’ve recently moved from Amsterdam to Paris to settle down and expand my roots in this city.
I’ve followed different yoga trainings & workshops over the years around the world and I will never stop learning.
I love to grow and evolve & share that with you and everybody else.
I love to work with private sessions, so we can really focus on what your body needs at that exact moment, so I can take you on a journey to (re)connect with yourself.
I always listen to your body. If that’s an active core power class or if you need to slow down and find stillness, I’m here for you.

My name is Rohima, 32 years young and I’ve been teaching yoga & meditation around the world for almost a decade.
I am originally from Amsterdam, but recently I’ve moved to Paris to settle down.
For the last few years I’ve been teaching yoga in different studios and had multiple private clients which I helped physically (and mentally) with yoga classes and PNF stretching. PNF stands for Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation - which basically means assisted stretching. This really helps to improve your range of motion, to lengthen and soften the tension in your muscles. We always work within your mobility.
I like to take time for the sessions, so I mainly work with a 60min. time frame, but there is always room to discuss.
I always give classes from my heart and together we will look at your needs and see what your body desires.

Super prof de yoga, très à l’écoute et toujours souriante!
I’ve been lucky enough to take many classes with Rohima in Amsterdam, from yin to vinyasa. Rohima is one of those people who makes you feel relaxed just by being here, and her classes are always so grounding and healing. She’s a real gem, and I recommend her to anyone looking to find some inner peace :)
Rohima is such a beautiful soul and I always feel supportive and safe and really taken care of. I have really enjoyed the stretching sessions and feel much more at ease in my body and her yoga classes are just my favourite.
Rohima is the best yoga teacher I had the chance to take classes with. We met in Morocco a few years ago and I was so happy to meet her again in Paris. Her stretching sessions helped me a lot after my scooter accident, and her yoga classes are always a moment of deep relaxation!
