À propos de Timothée
I have been working as a primary school teacher for five years and have provided more than 500 hours of private tutoring, both in person and online. I am also experienced in helping expat families and their children improve their French language skills.
I enjoy teaching French in a way that is accurate, engaging and immediately useful. My role is to explain concepts clearly, provide supportive corrections and help each student express themselves with greater confidence.
Patient, attentive and thorough, I adapt my teaching to each student’s level, pace and personal goals. I believe that lasting progress is built through clear objectives, regular practice and a trusting relationship between teacher and student.

My lessons are designed for students, adults and expat families who already have some basic knowledge of French and would like to communicate more confidently, particularly before studying, travelling or settling in France.
We develop speaking skills through guided conversations, role-playing activities and practical situations, such as introducing yourself, speaking with a teacher, completing administrative procedures, asking for information or explaining a problem.
Reading comprehension and writing are also an important part of the lessons. Students learn to understand different types of documents, expand their vocabulary, organise their ideas and write clear, well-structured messages, emails and texts.
Each lesson includes a specific objective, an introductory activity, guided exercises, practical application and personalised feedback. Grammar, spelling, vocabulary and pronunciation are taught according to the student’s individual needs.
As a primary school teacher, I offer a structured, thorough and supportive approach, adapted to each student’s level, pace and personal goals.
