À propos de Sullivan
Hello! I'm Sullivan, a French-American multi-disciplinary artist & researcher. In the 12 years that I've played guitar, I struggled to find a teacher who resonated with me. My training was a blend of traditional and unorthodox approaches that I have experienced across France, Japan, and Brazil. My eclectic blend of musical exposure and experience have given me a uniquely personal approach to playing and composing, cultivated a little bit from everything.

If you hate sheet music, don’t worry: you’re not alone. I have had a handful of guitar teachers in their time, each with their own approach to reading and teaching songs to students, but none of them were flexible. I hope to consolidate all the odd approaches that I have experienced to help you build a foundation with your instrument, from there it’ll be up to you yo take what you know as far as it can go.
Whether it be pop songs, rock classics or your own melodies, I’ll gladly help you understand the techniques and theories behind your favorite songs, and hopefully begin to master your instrument. All ages and walks of life are welcome! It's never too late to fall in love with something new.
