À propos de Samadhi
I have been a yoga teacher since 1985, and specialised in the last years in deep relaxation, yoga nidra, and meditation techniques. I have given several yoga nidra facilitator trainings. In my language classes I use yoga nidra to facilitate learning and memory retention.
