À propos d'Alexia
I worked in distrbution and retail for 20 years in France and in the UK (London). I'm passionated by the English language and decided to retrained and become a techer in order to share and transmit my passion to learners of all ages.
I obtained the CELTA (Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) in 2020 and I enjoy teaching English since then!!

I use my training and 2 years' experience to help my learners:
- Prepare for travel or living/working abroad.
- High school tutoring
- Improve conversational skills.
- Improve professional English skills.
- Get ready for Exams (TOEFL, TOIEC, IELTS, Cambridge, etc.);
Our first 30-minute course is free, and allows us to get to know each other and discuss your goals. From this session, I create individualized courses tailored to your needs. These may be practice interviews, presentations and questions-and-answers, or casual conversations. While we talk, I discreetly keep notes on areas for improvement like grammar, vocabulary, functional language and pronunciation. For the last minutes of the session, we review these notes together.
My students make significant progress, and the most important reason is increased confidence. I work to build my student’s belief in their ability to communicate in English, and with some practice and support, they often find that they are already at a much higher level than they thought!
All my classes are offered either in person or online via Skype. I work with learners of all ages and experience levels, from high school to professional executives, and with varying levels of prior English skill.
