À propos de Melissa
As a US native, I bring a rich educational background to my teaching practice. I hold a Master's in Education from the University of Montclair and an English Language degree from the American University in Paris, France. My teaching career spans various educational contexts: I have taught grades K through 6th in the US, grades 2 through 8th in France, and have spent the past 6 years teaching Chinese students of all grades and ages. This diverse experience has given me a deep understanding of different educational systems and student needs, enabling me to deliver effective and culturally sensitive instruction.
What sets me apart as a teacher is my extensive experience and my commitment to my students' success. I have been teaching for over 20 years, with more than 8 years dedicated specifically to teaching English as a second language. This experience has equipped me with the skills to effectively teach students of all ages, from young children to adults. Currently, I am tutoring students in three different countries, which has given me a global perspective on education and the ability to adapt to various cultural contexts.

Whether you are a beginner seeking to grasp the basics or an advanced learner aiming to polish your fluency, I am here to help.
