À propos de Miss Rachel
Teaching English to the children I look after as well as their parents, I have discovered how enjoyable and rewarding it is to see their level of English improving every day. I suppose I have been teaching English to my French family since I arrived in September, and now the children especially, speak almost as fluently as my own little sister back in England. Outside the family context, I have taught five adults English so far. I meet with three of them every week in person, and the other two I talk to on Skype. One of the ladies, Anne, has just had her interview in English and is very pleased with the achievement.

Hello! I am an English au pair here in Paris. Primarily I offer you the opportunity to improve your spoken English, but I would also be happy to help with written English and grammar. Typically I meet people for casual conversation but sometimes a person might prefer a more formal approach, where I help them prepare for an examination or job interview (in English of course). This gives them the chance to learn specific vocabulary and become more confident answering the kind of questions that the examiners or prospective employer might ask. As a child carer (my youngest student is 4 years old), I am adapted to different levels of English, so beginners are also absolutely, 100% welcome!
