À propos de Sam
A scientific profile with an international mindset. My name is Sam, I am 21 years old, and I am currently a 4th-year Engineering Student at EIGSI La Rochelle. My Linguistic Background: Certified Level: English C1, validated by a 180+ score on the Linguaskill exam. Immersion Experience: I am currently studying at the Czech Technical University (CTU) in Prague. This total immersion allows me to practice, daily English in a multicultural environment. Why choose me? Beyond my language skills, I bring my engineering background to the table: I am rigorous and logical. I know how to deconstruct complex grammar rules and explain them simply. Having attended intensive preparatory classes (CPGE PTSI/PT), I understand the demands of high-level academic work. Since I am currently living abroad, I offer my lessons exclusively via Webcam. I am experienced with online teaching tools to ensure the lesson is as interactive as a face-to-face session.

My Goal: Building confidence through structure and practice. English is often seen as a difficult school subject, but it is primarily a communication tool. Currently completing an international semester in Prague, I use English daily to live and study. I combine this real-life practice with the academic rigor of an engineer. My teaching method relies on 4 pillars: 1. A METHODOLOGICAL Approach (Exam Prep) Having achieved a C1 level (Linguaskill score 180+) and validated my engineering requirements, I know exactly what examiners are looking for. I provide specific strategies to maximize your score in certifications (Linguaskill, TOEIC) and school exams. We focus on syntax and grammar precision to boost your results. 2. UNDERSTANDING and Supportive Environment The hardest part of learning a language is the fear of speaking. I create a safe space where mistakes are seen as learning opportunities. My goal is to help you speak fluently and confidently, without fear of judgment regarding your accent. 3. RIGOR and Structure Progress requires consistency. I ensure a structured learning process: Thematic vocabulary building. Review of irregular verbs and essential grammar rules. Practical exercises to solidify your foundations. 4. ADAPTABILITY to your profile School Support (Middle/High School): Catching up on basics, homework help, and grammar rules. Higher Education: Preparation for engineering school entrance exams or specific certifications.
