Hello! I'm Lili, a passionate English teacher with authentic Montessori training from AMI London. With 12+ years living across Cayman Islands, England and Switzerland, I bring native fluency and deep cultural understanding to every lesson.

# Teaching Philosophy & Methods
I bring the authentic Montessori method to English language learning, creating a rich, hands-on environment where children learn through concrete experiences. My classroom is filled with specially designed Montessori materials, miniatures, and printable that make abstract language concepts tangible and engaging.
# Teaching Techniques
** Montessori Materials, for example 3-part cards for vocabulary building, sandpaper letters for phonics learning, and moveable alphabets for early writing
** Total Physical Response (TPR), Students learn by physically responding to commands, connecting language with movement and making learning memorable.
** Songs, stories, poems, riddles, videos, and lively games that appeal to different learning styles
** Concrete to Abstract Progression: following Montessori's principle of moving from tangible objects to abstract concepts
** Full English Immersion: We speak English throughout our entire session, creating a natural language bath that accelerates learning and builds confidence.
** Resources include but not limit to: Oxford University Press's ''Get Set, Go!" and National Geographic Learning's "Welcome to Our World", which suit beginners for systematic foundation building with great fun. Cambridge University Press's "Kid's Box" and "Fun Skills" levels 1-2 are also very favorable for preschool use.
# Course Structure
Rather than following a rigid curriculum, I honor each child's natural pace and interests. However, we do follow a carefully planned developmental sequence: - Oral Language Foundation → Sound Game → Individual Sandpaper Letters- Moveable Alphabet→ Object Box 1→ Phonogram Sandpaper Letters → Puzzle Word 1, HFW → Books for Early Readers 1 → Action Cards 1... Each lesson builds upon the previous one with difficulty-isolated steps, ensuring solid mastery before progression.
