- J'ai enseigné le français dans les écoles des environs de Sheffield en tant qu'ambassadeur linguistique de l'université.
- Je habitais en France pendant un an et je travaillais en tant qu'assistant linguistique dans un collège et une université.
- En tant que dyslexique, je crois que tout le monde peut apprendre une langue. Ce trait de caractère a contribué à façonner ma façon d'enseigner. Il m'a permis de créer des moyens variés d'apprendre et d'enseigner une langue. Personne n'apprend de la même manière, il est donc important de trouver un tuteur qui puisse s'adapter à votre style d'apprentissage. Grâce à ces outils, je me suis aidé moi-même, ainsi que d'autres personnes ayant ou non des difficultés d'apprentissage, à surmonter les difficultés et à prendre plaisir à apprendre des langues.

Parfait ! Bethan is a great tutor! I have had over 3 months of weekly lessons now and my knowledge and confidence has grown massively with Bethan's teaching style. She prepares visual teaching aids and homework for me to complete each week and tailors the lessons to my level of learning, plus helps me with my goal of learning business French. Parfait ! I am an older student, just learning French for fun and my aim is to transition my French from a hobby to something I can actually use in real life. Bethan is really rising to this challenge and is helping me to be more confident in my use of French as well as providing suggestions, tricks and tips to correct the many errors that I make. Andy is working really hard at gaining confidence in speaking French without blocking as much. We’ve been making super progress at structuring phrases when speaking and revising key grammar points. Great work! We’ve already noticed a big change and we are only 5 sessions in. A very friendly student with a brilliant appetite to learn.

I am absolutely loving teaching Lisa French! She is enthusiastic, friendly and speaks brilliant French in our sessions. She also sends me any independent written work after our sessions to check too. She is very open to learning lots of new French vocab and grammar and works hard doing weekly exercises to commit this learning to memory. She participates fantastically in sessions and takes any advice on board very well. An absolute joy of a student! I can’t wait to see her confidence and abilities grow even more in our future sessions together.

Parfait ! Learning French with Bethan is a very enjoyable experience, particularly during this Covid-19 pandemic! As a learner of "advanced years" I don't find it easy but Bethan is very encouraging, breaking things down with a step by step approach. Role play/conversation work is helping improve my pronunciation as well as my confidence. I particularly appreciate Bethan's lesson plans, so I can revisit the work covered and prepare for the next lesson.

Fantastic student! Works hard every week on the worksheets I provide and has made fantastic progress. We have been doing a lot of French conversation and are now really starting to get to grips with some grammar! Doing fantastically so far! Plus he's a joy to teach! :)

Super fun, super knowledgable and super helpful!
A really friendly person with lots of enthusiasm and energy for teaching French! Her sessions are really fun, couldn’t recommend her more. I’m learning intermediate French currently and have noticed a big improvement after only 7 sessions.
I can’t stress enough how great Bethan’s worksheets are. At the end of every session I receive a really in depth sheet with different sections of all the areas I can work on-
1) grammar (in depth explanations)
2) vocab
3) useful phrases
4) exercises to practice
5) what to focus in the next week
6) Recap of what we talked about in the session
7) potential future topics/grammar points
She also has provided me with my goals worksheet which she made at the beginning of our sessions, and emails me other workbooks to help! Lastly she also marks any work I send her throughout the week- It’s fantastic.
It might be clear, but I really recommend !
